Piotr Olesz (*2006) studied the cello at the Feliks Nowowiejski General Primary and Secondary Music School in Gdańsk in 2013 - 2021. Since 2021, he has been studying at the Zenon Brzewski Music School in Warsaw. Piotr participated in many competitions, including the Cello Competition in Prague (1st prize), 1st International Cello Competition Anna Kull in Graz (2020, finalist), ATMA competition in Zakopane (2022, Grand Prix), XVI Kazimierz Wiłkomirski International Youth Cello Competition (2022, 1st prize). He has honed his skills with many notable pedagogues, including prof. Kazimierz Michalik, Adam Krzeszowiec, Andrzej Bauer, Roberto Trainini and Edward King. He also participated in the 29th Verbier Festival (2022), where he developed his orchestra skills as part of the VFJO.
